+
+Bob is a lackadaisical teenager. In conversation, his responses are very limited.

+Bob answers 'Sure.' if you ask him a question.
+
+He answers 'Whoa, chill out!' if you yell at him.
+
+He answers 'Calm down, I know what I'm doing!' if you yell a question at him.
+
+He says 'Fine. Be that way!' if you address him without actually saying
+anything.
+
+He answers 'Whatever.' to anything else.

+For running the tests provided, you will need the Minitest gem. Open a
+terminal window and run the following command to install minitest:
+
+    gem install minitest
+
+If you would like color output, you can `require 'minitest/pride'` in
+the test file, or note the alternative instruction, below, for running
+the test file.
+
+Run the tests from the exercise directory using the following command:
+
+    ruby bob_test.rb
+
+To include color from the command line:
